MIB Structural Homes designs, manufactures and installs the structural fabric of homes and buildings up to 3 storeys high. In a fast track, cost effective, eco friendly construction process.
The majority of the fabric is manufactured off-site allowing the site construction process of a housing unit to be weather tight in under 8 days. This allows the internal fit-out to commence up to 7 weeks earlier than when using traditional forms of construction.
Using the MIB MetSIP panel system we can install the structural fabric as soon as the slab has been cast, allowing internal fit-out to commence up to seven weeks earlier than when using traditional forms of construction.
